Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed clinician who values meaningful clinical work, consistency, and collaboration. This role is ideal for therapists seeking a steady caseload within a supportive private practice environment that balances flexibility with accountability.

Compensation

Compensation is based on insurance reimbursement rates and completed client sessions.

Full-time clinicians who maintain an average of approximately 25 attended client sessions per week can expect:

Typical annual earnings of approximately $60,000–$85,000, depending on licensure level, payer mix, and caseload consistency.

Clinical rate: $45–$75 per completed session
$35/hour for required administrative meetings, trainings, and practice-directed duties

This position is not a guaranteed salary but provides a steady referral stream and consistent caseload once established.

Established referral base supports full-time clinicians in building a consistent caseload.

Caseload & Schedule Expectations

• Full-time: Average of approximately 25 client sessions per week
• Part-time: Minimum of 15 client sessions per week
• Hybrid model: In-person availability required with some Telehealth flexibility
• Some evening availability required based on client demand
• Caseload expectations and scheduling are discussed clearly during onboarding

This role is best suited for clinicians seeking a consistent, sustainable caseload rather than a low-volume practice.

Qualifications

• LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT licensed in Maryland
• LGPCs and LMSWs with relevant clinical experience encouraged to apply
• Individual and group supervision provided in accordance with Maryland licensing requirements
• Comfortable working with insurance-based clients
• Trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and ethically grounded
• Willing to work with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Attend required supervision, meetings, and trainings
